Support an employee returning to work after an illness:
- We work with your Human Resources Professionals (HRP) and line managers when employeesreturn to work after being on sick leave.
- The right support ensures the transition back to work will be more positive.
- We train and guide your HRPs and line managers to conduct an interview and one-to-one coaching sessions on how to best welcome an employee back after sick leave. The training session can take place over a video conference or in a group workshop.
- How to prepare, conduct an interview, recognise hidden needs, provide daily support, hold a follow-up summary meeting, and show appreciation to an employee returning to work.
- We train and guide your HRPs and line managers to conduct an interview and one-to-one coaching sessions on how to best welcome an employee back after sick leave. The training session can take place over a video conference or in a group workshop.
- Coaching to best overcome present and past possible issues.
- A standard package is 3 x 90 minutes sessions together with roleplay activities to gain experience and confidence within different scenarios. The coach has preparation and follow-up time before and after each session.
- Holding return to work interviews has two important aspects:
- Being present for the employee returning to work
- Writing down key points from the interview.
When done with full engagement and empathy, this brings considerable benefits for all parties, and it can preventany absences that are not genuine. It can even reduce the level of absence overall.
